It is owned and operated by Scott Randolph an experienced tradesman with 26 years of business experience.

Scott has learned to adopt customer service as being one of the best tools he could possibly offer and will always be one of his most important core beliefs. Of course the knowledge through the best continual training and expanding his services to his customers rounds off what he offers his client base.

Being one of the more thorough inspectors in the Tampa area, Scott has saved his clients thousands of dollars by helping them understand the key points about the home they're considering and handing them the tools to make knowledgeable and correct decisions. "I understand the client is not a home builder and may not always fully understand what's going on with a home, especially if they're a first time home buyer. I will always take the time to explain each and every area while doing the final walkthrough and answering any questions".

Scott has gone to the extent of finding transferable warranties for the buyer that otherwise may not have been found or passed on.

Scott is an active member in the local ASHI Wiregrass Chapter for Home Inspectors always expanding his knowledge and awareness of issues for his clients. Scott also offers his clients the experience of residential and commercial construction including hands on home repairs and remodels of all areas. In addition he has held foreman and supervisory position for worldwide construction firms such as Zachry Construction and more local companies such as CMK Construction, which has held many contracts with the city of Tampa.
