4 Point Insurance Inspection

If you are purchasing or own a home that is 30 years or older, it is likely that your Insurance company will request that you provide a 4 Point Insurance report. This report, which is not intended to be a full Home Inspection or Property Condition report specifically addresses four key components in your home:

• The Roof
• (HVAC) Heating and Air Conditioning
• Plumbing System
• Electrical System

The intent of the report is to identify the age, condition and remaining life of these four systems in a home so that the insurance company can have a better idea of the insurability of the home.
